No. It is an independent educational resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by DOL, OWCP, or another federal agency.

Can the guides replace a lawyer or representative?

Where should I verify FECA procedures?

Use current official DOL/OWCP sources, especially the FECA filing guidance, current Procedure Manual and current FECA transmittals.

Can I use these resources if my claim is already open?

Yes. Many resources are designed for active claims, including evidence organization, wage-loss tracking, adverse decisions and schedule-award preparation.

Do you guarantee that a claim will be accepted or a benefit awarded?

No. Claim outcomes depend on the facts, evidence, applicable law and OWCP's decisions.
